Special Docking Requests:

Specific dockage requests are encouraged but cannot be guaranteed.

Boats with excessively loud exhaust systems will not be allowed in the Boat Basin.
Judgment of the Dockmaster is final.
All lengths are measured in actual linear footage.
This includes pulpits, swim platforms, dinghies, and tenders.

Deposit Procedure

Minimum stay for advance reservations is two nights; two-night deposit required.
Three-night minimum deposit required for stays of three nights or more.

1	35’-59’	$5.50 per foot per night
2	60’-99’	$6.50 per foot per night
3	100’-124’	$7.00 per foot per night alongside, $6.75 per foot per night Med-moored
4	125’ & Over	$7.75 per foot per night alongside, $7.25 per foot per night Med-moored

There will be an additional dockage fee for boats with dinghies or tenders that require special slip consideration. 35-foot minimum, all lengths are actual linear footage.
All deposits will be applied to the FIRST two nights and LAST night of your visit.
No refunds on early departures or late arrivals.
Reservations made after May 1 are non-refundable deposits.
Guests of seven days or more may be required to make payment on their outstanding balance.
Pump-out facilities are FREE and mandatory for extended stays beyond 7 days, or vessel’s holding capacity.
This application will be given immediate consideration and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

Guests wishing to cancel their reservations must do so 30 days prior to their arrival date.
Refunds will be made less a $50.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit half of required deposit.
NO SHOW, NO CALL ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, RESULTS IN FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
If you must cancel or change your arrival date day of arrival, you must notify NBB Dockmaster prior to 10 AM that day.
