35-foot minimum, all lengths are actual linear footage. There will be an additional dockage fee for boats with dinghies or tenders that require special slip consideration. Reservations are not transferrable to other guests or vessels. This application will be given immediate consideration and every effort will be made to accommodate you. Please note, however, NO RESERVATION IS VALID UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A FORMAL CONFIRMATION LETTER WITH A 6 DIGIT CONFIRMATION NUMBER.

Deposit Procedure

For stays 10 nights or less, the full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking. For stays greater than 10 nights, booked 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total stay is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before scheduled arrival. All reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are required to pay in full at the time of booking. No refunds on early departures or late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

Guests canceling their reservations, or modifying their arrival/departure day, more than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date will be refunded 90% of their deposit. Cancellations or arrival/departure changes made within 30 days of scheduled arrival date receive no refund.
